Very poor *****ulent insurance

I never felt traumatized in my life because of iwyze old mutual insurance, I have been a loyal client to them for a very long, untill my accident where the claims assessor named Mohlaba Makholoane, started threatening me saying I must say yes to everything he was saying to decline my claim with no proof to support anything he was accusing me about, how can your insurance you loyal to accuse you of being dishonest, saying he will blacklist me, if I don't agree with him. This guy doing ***** with tow truck drivers to deny claims, what a very unprofessional insurance never try to even consider insuring with Iwyize, I'm here trying to fix my car by myself but I had insurance, The assessor even used different numbers to life threaten me. He even convinced the tow truck driver to support his accusations and lies, There's no even a Clause on my contract that states the tow truck driver will conclude my claim with the assessor with lies of my behalf,, I was even under trauma treatment during this time as I was dealing with a traumatic event that happened at work, I'm really disappointed after all these years .
