Very Poor, Shame on you naughty little ********

So, looking for the perfect insurance. Dont stop here, for you will regret your choice. This will be my worst experience with an insurace company by far. Lightning struck our wifi antenna, damaged everything connected to it. Phoned, got a claim number and waited. Second day received a sms from their famous repair company, stating they will collect the pc and speakers in two days time. Now 4 days will have passed and this just after I have phone the wonderfull iWyze clearly saying, they will be there the same afternoon. Poor service. So after I received my wonderfull message, I once again phone to ensure my cctv cameras and wifi will also be evaluated. Oh no, those are not household contents and should be covered under building. Wow!! The lightning actualy damaged the router and pvr inside the house and are definately not bolted to the floor. Is this how damages are being assessed? Poor communication!! Poor services!!
