very ***** insurer

It's been 4 months and I don't have my car. Iwyze authorized a panel beater who allegedly repaired my car and tempered with the gearbox when changing the gear oil pump. Now my gearbox has a problem, and the insurer is refusing to fix. The panel beater from ESP body repairer told the gearbox specialist to not bother with even assembling the gearbox, they should just put it inside the boot and tow the s**** of a car back to me. VW report recommended that the gearbox be replaced, Iwyze opted to fix of which they later evaded and when I asked for the report from VW they said according to the panel beater, there was never a report issued but surprisingly I got it from VW.
