Very helpful consultant that kept to her word

I submitted 3 claims on 6 Dec and had no feedback since then. I contacted the Call Centre this morning and was helped by a very helpful and competent consultant, Rainy van Wyk. She said she will attend to my claim and provide me with feedback. Rainy emailed me feedback 30min ago to confirm that my claims have been approved and authorised. Thank you so much for your assistance Rainy, you kept to your word and gave me feedback and I appreciate it that.
