Very efficient and professional 👏

I was unfortunately involved in a car accident last week Tuesday, which was so frustrating.

I called on Wednesday morning to log a claim and I was assisted by William Walker. He was professional and made me feel calm. He explained how the process will go and that helped to minimize the uncer*****y on my side. I submitted the required documents same day so that I don't delay the process.

I was surprised when he called me on Friday afternoon to let me know that my claim has been approved. That was a relief and that made my weekend.
