Very disappointing service
I decided to take insurance with Iwyze on my vehicle and have had to pay the pro rata installment and I don't even have the vehicle yet. I now require the confirmation letter from Iwyze before I am allowed to collect my vehicle. I have requested an agent to call me in this regard three times but nobody responds to this request. This is very disappointing . quick to take your money but the after service is non existent

20 Sept 2021, 10:30after 3 attempts calling through to the call center the fist consultant had the audacity to put the phone down in my ear. You are put on hold for more than 10 minutes before any sort of human interaction. What a disgrace!!! When you finally do get to speak to someone you need to be transferred because its not the right department and then again get cut off. Once they get you signed up they honestly dont care about you of assisting you in any regard! I regret signing up for my insurance with Iwyze.
