Very bad service from Old Mutual

Discussed medical capcover with them in January 2023. On the 12 th of Jan received the documents. On the 17th I have sent them a canceling the policy. However they sent a debit order throw to the bank. I phone them on the 31 and enquired about this. Celven the person I spoke to advice me that it was to late to revise the payment ref no *** but I will be refunded . Spoke to the them again this morning about the refund and waited for about 10 minutes so that they can check my profile and I decided to drop the call because it is costing me money because they didn't do thier job.
