VERY BAD SERVICE FROM IWYZE OLD MUTUAL

I lodged a report after I was involved in a Smash and Grab at the end of August it is now 30 October and the claim has still not been fiinalised. The agent that I have dealing wants me to provide proof of my bag that was ****** and the had audacity to ask me for pictures of my handbag and personal items. Who takes pictures of their handbag and personal items. ? I have sent them all the required documentation and sent them pictures of my vehicle that was involved in the smash and grab. and now recently was asked to provide proof of receipt for the handbag that was given to me as a present . I have been with them for more than 9 years , paid almost +-70 000 in premiums and paid all my premiums, never missed a payment, and this has been a nightmare dealing with the consultant. She keeps on sending me emails that she is finalizing the claim. I have never experienced such bad service and regret taking my policy with IWYZE. Its a disgrace that such a large corporate company like this can treat clients so badly and who have been loyal for so many years.
