Very bad service

pathetic service by Iwize Insurance, my car was involved in an accident on the 23 September 2018, and was told it was written-off but after two months in November, the Claim was declined due to worn out tyres and when I got to the storage, the tyre and mag wheel was ****** under the care of insurance. I took my car without mag wheel and tyre on the eve of Christmas. I took upon myself to repair my car. There was no mechanical or major bodily damages. I spent R24 000. 00 to repair my car this year in March 2019 and serviced it at Audi Centre Bloemfontein. There were also no mechanical damages. The car is drivable. What a terrible service by Iwize Insurance and I have been with them for seven years.
