Very bad service

My experience with Iwyze has been terrible. they have very, very bad service. My *** has not been sorted out from 11 June 2023 after the earthquake in Gauteng. Although the matter has been referred to the ombudsman, it still not resolved and they know the process will take long so they go on this route. You would think that they will go the extra mile for the client but this is not the case. I need to look for a better insurer. They are very good in taking your money but always have problems to pay out.
