Very bad, disappointing, frustrating, bullying and self centered

Very bad, disappointing, frustrating, bullying and self centered. After reporting them, I received a call yesterday regarding the report and I was made to believe that the matter has been resolved as they also apologized. This morning again I was awaken sms notifications from my bank regarding their attempt to debit my account again. I have incurred unnecessary bank charges and has been frustrated and abused by these guys. May somebody please step in to help me. Attached is the proof of the sms notifications for their transaction.
