Very bad customer service
<p>My car has spent over 2 months with the nominated panel beater by iwyze.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iv been complaining about the panel beater not updating me / if they update telling me lies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Complained so many time to Thabile from iwyze but never done anything about it .i need my car asap.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Hi Nonzwakazi. We can confirm that our Claims - Motor Dept. has been incontcat with our client, Mr Zothani Sindane, and he was provided with feedback on his claim. I didn't know that updating with lies is called an update . they told the car was done last month and will b ready to be picked .when its time for the car to be picked up coming up with the stories about Iwyze not placing an order for the windows.
Thabile telling us something its the panel beater who said she mustn't order and the panel beater saying it's Thabile who ddnt order on time .Who is lying ?
He even sent email to both Thabile and panel beater but nobody bothered to respond.
