Very bad

I had house breaking and theft in my house two weeks ago so i put claim and they rejected my claim because assessor said they is no force entry of which i don't no the ******** use to get into my house and still my things and yet they told that mu claim its rejected im very upset and hurt with their treatment while im in truama and i don't have money to buy the things i loss but im still paying the insurance
