Vehicle repairs

My claim number is ***. I would like to rate Bafana Shekwalakala for the great service I’ve received. He went out of his way to help authorise the additional for my vehicle repairs. He called constantly to give me feedback on the repairs process. He was very friendly and helpful, he responded to all my emails via phone calls. He even went out of his way to help me get my tail headlamp fixed/repaired when the repairs people and assessor’s refused to fix it. He is very patient and passionate about his job. Excellent service.
