Vehicle insurance

I'm very disappointed in iwyze motor insurance I had a minor accident on the 9th of February 2023. I contacted the company on the same day and was unable to reach the agent

I opted to communicate via Facebook messenger, explained what transpired and even uploaded pics I was told an agent will be in touch ,till today 18 February, no one from Iwyze has said anything or sent even an email

Tried to reach out by phoning again on the 16th February,promised I will be called back . Still nothing.

Accident report was filed with SAPS I'm asking myself what am I paying for by the way.
