Utterly poor service from iWyze
I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputable company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. For as long as I have been paying my insurance premiums diligently, I'd never came across such a poor-quality service which made me feel disgusted - to think I must be inconvenienced at the optimum for lack the proper assessing appalls me. First of all, my car was taken in for repairs at ESP Panel Beaters. Upon the approval of all the parts which was damaged, the majority of the parts were approved and ordered. When my car was assembled for final testing, it was found that the radiator was "damaged". The insurance assessor declined the approval of a new radiator being replaced, reason being that apparently the radiator had long been damaged before, not by the accident. Now tell me, how the hell is it that I can freely drive around with a car that overheats, or having had warning signs that there is a problem and just ignore them? My car was damaged at the front, where the radiator is. Now apparently, I must replace it from my own pockets. How? My car is relatively new. I took it for a major service at the dealership 4 days before the accident happened. There is absolutely no way that the dealership would have omitted that my car’s radiator is damaged. iWyze does not have a problem with debiting my account every month, even this past month, but when my car must be fixed, they send me from pillar to post. I am being prejudiced because I am a woman. I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. I want my car fixed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
