utterly dissatisfied

I just called them now to report a claim, she was just not interested nor opened to any questions. Our security system got damaged (not sure if it was the load shedding or not- I assumed it were), when this was mentioned to her put me on hold to enquire (I assume) then said it is not covered under buildings and when I enquired on contents she said I do not have accidental damage cover and it is not covered, requested policy documents and she transferred the call and the receiver on the other hand was briefed and she said she has e-mailed the documents as we were speaking but nothing received as yet. She did not have time to my concerns out as well. I am more irritated by the fact that no one takes time to explain properly and make recommendations but are very quick to pass the buck and ignore relevant questions. Am shopping for new insurance.
