Useless Service ever from Iwyze

I made a claim for my ****** home contents in October 2021 with Iwyze, since then I have been sent from pillar to post, excuses every day, up until I wrote a review on the 21 Dec 2021 on Hello Peter, then the social media team rep**** and said they are giving my case urgent attention, but it is sad to report that until today I have not received a single feedback. Can someone help on how or what to do? Because I feel like if this is the treatment or service that we are going to get after paying monthly for insurance then we don't need to have insurance, but it's ok God will help!!!
