Useless Old Mutual

Good day I am not someone who like to complain, but if I do not get what pay for, I will complain. I have had car insurance with Old Mutual Iwyze. The car I am driving is not a new car, thus the book value aren't worth much. Thus if I get into an accident, the car will be a write off, as the damage will be far more than the book value of the car. I have cancelled my insurance with Iwyze and requested the bank te reverse my debit orders. I had a huge altercation with the bank as to why my debit orders has not been reversed. They advised me that Old Mutual has to release the funds in order for the debit orders to be reversed. Nearly 40 day after the dispute, I still have not received my money. This is totally unacceptable and I will not advise anyone to make use of Old Mutual.
