Useless iwyze

Insured my properties with Iwyze and I had a claim in December for a burst geyser and to this date Iwyze never fixed my geyser don't communicate instead I'm the one calling them only for them to tell me the person handling my claim is off duty then that they'll escalate the matter. On a separate incident for another property I claimed for my roof and ceiling which fell due to the storm and they rejected my claim leaving me stranded. Why are inspection not done on our properties before we pay all our money in order to determine if we qualify for cover or not instead of them rejecting our claims for stupid unrealistic reasons.
