I HAVE LODGED A CLAIM ON THE 16TH FEBRUARY 2023 THAT I WAS INVOLVED IN CAR ACCIDENT. ON THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT I WAS COMING FROM PRETORIA TO MIDRAND. The insurance is saying that I was Negligence and also lack of care that I was driving 103km on the 60 km zone but I never admitted to such to investigator but their reason is based on technical report in which they are failing to provide it to me as a customer.
