Useless insurance company

If I could give this iwyze a zero star, I would. They are the most inefficient insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. You literally have to chase them for feedback on your claim or they will won’t do anything about it. It’s been over a month since my mom had her accident, for which she was hospitalised for ptsd and iwyze has been not of any help to her situation. It’s been a month and the claim is not yet finalised and car not fixed. Save yourself the stress and time of having to chase this useless insurance company
