Useless

I took a policy with them last year June,I did notify the agent that I have claimed in the last 5 years ,a couple months ago I noted that it was stated I never claimed,I called them notified of that error , I was told to get claim history from previous insurer of which i did and emailed the info , now I noted its still not updated , now they want to contact my previous insurer to confirm that amount I claimed for when I tell Dineoto listen to recording she said she doesnt have access to that ,,
