Useless and pathetic

One of the worst insurance companies.I’ve insured my car with Iwyze for 3 full years without any hassles or claims..My premiums have always been paid on time and I’ve never put in a claim for anything.I had car hire cover on my previous car, however, when I changed my car in Aug this year I did not it and only added car hire on 25/11 of which according to the consultant the car will only start on the next debit order date 20/12..She did not explain the consequences if I had agreed for the cover to start immediately and pay pro-rata or what effect it would have for cover to only start on the next debit order date..now that I’ve put in a claim for the first time with this unruly insurance they’re unable to assist me with car hire because cover was set to start on the next debit date..Had I known what the consequences would be, I would’ve opted for the cover to start immediately and pay the pro rata amount but consultant that was assisting me did not disclose all of that information..Upon speaking to Nonhlanhla Kubheka she was useless and of no help..she didn’t seem to care and kept on saying that there’s nothing she can do.It’s nice when they want you to take a product but when you need their help they’re dont seem to care..With regards to the car claim I put on Monday lastweek, no feedback is given about the process and what stage the claim is at, I have to keep calling with my OWN airtime and holding for almost 30 mins whilst getting assistance..very disgusted by IWYZe and I will definitely be spreading the word to people about this insurance company and I will be definitely cancelling my policy with them..the call centre agents are *********** and don’t know what they are talking about.
