I wanted to join your insurance company based on the premiums you quoted but I have since changed my mind based on the treatment i have received from Quest Claims Solutions.

I'm absolutely shocked that in such a competitive industry, you allow a company like that to handle your third-party claims.

Based on my experience with them, I will not take up your offer nor will I encourage anyone else to.
