My is rejected okay but WHEN IWYZE TOOK MY CAR ON THE NIGHT OF THE ACCIDENT THE HEADLIGHTS AND BUMPER WERE STILL INTACT ON THE CAR, NOW THEY'VE RETURNED THE CAR WITHOUT THEM. I INFORMED THEM ABOUT THIS BUT THEY STILL RETURNED THE CAR WITHOUT THEM. CAN I OPEN A CASE AGAINST THEM?
