UnWise

I did a vehicle insurance quote with an agent called Zenzele and his service was excellent, I immediately fell in love with iWyze. When I called back to take up the policy, I asked if I could continue with Zenzele they told me he is on leave apparently and due to a system glitch they cannot retrieve the quote I did with him and therefore have to do another one of which the new one is now higher than the previous one(only 10days have passed since the lastquote).The agent, Zack wasn't helpful at all. He said he is escalating the matter to his supervisor and it will take about 10min he will then call me back, I insisted on staying on the line until I get feedback from the supervisor. He rudely told me that I'm blocking other clients from calling in, at some point he took a personal call on his cell while I was still on a call with him. I'm still waiting for them to come back to me, I feel so stupid for canceling my policy with a good company for a discount. This is definitely a red flag
