Untruthful agents from this insurance company

I ask for quote from a pathetic **** agent at this insurance company by the name Christopher Masuluke, who **** to me that the term and condition of paying for additional access if you have accident between 23h00 to 5am was s****ped at iwyze insurance meaning is no longer applying. He even repeatedly confirmed on record that I shouldn't be worried it was sc****d for new clients only to find when I get my policy is there, he thought I'm stupid I'm not gonna read my policy and I will just believed what came out of his mouth. He even gave me his email but now he is not responding and his cell number provided on email is not working. I'm so annoyed on how these agents lie to us until we get into trouble then demand too much access and they know even if you ask for record they will delay just to make one's life miserable. I want to cancel the insurance, I did call me back they are not responding but when I was looking for qoute they didn't even take a minute to call.
