************* insurance doesn't help

I got into an accident and my car was written off, I lodged a claim with iwyze and had submitted all required documentation. After months on the matter calling and being tild that their investigator Keagan Samuels was still busy with the claim. I one day called and demanded to be told what was happening and was told my claim was rejected therefore would not be paid out. I went on to object the rejected claim and nothing was done about it and a week later when I got a reply I informed the person Kabelo Mokgolobotho that I would be taking the matter to ombudsman and have since never received any reply from iwyze n can't get through to them via phone calls. I had been a loyal client for 2years, it being my first insurance and I had never had an accident nor a claim but my premiums had been increasef with no reason and despite hearing how much of a nonsense insurance it is I still continued with them but clearly not as reputable as I thought. After my experience with iwyze I wouldn't advise anyone to join. Already know two other people that are sitting in the same predicament as myself. Its been almost 5months now and still in the same situation and paying for a car I don't even have.
