Unsatisfactory customer experience

I am being assisted by Gloria Machete, I hv lodge a car accident claim in May 2023, it ddnt take a week for old mutual to tell me that my car is written off but to date my claim gas not been finalised. I do not get any correspondence from the lady assisting, only when I call to follow up then O .told of new evidence that they need. I am so disappointed of the service. Two months now paying for a car that I do not have
