Unsafe with Iwyze insurance BE CAREFULL PEOPLE

In times of disaster of Fooding with home owners i pray you don't have Iwyze as an insurance. I logged a claim in November last year and as yet to be resolved.I logged a claim of water damage to my 10 year old vehicle and was also declined on the basis wear and tear 10 year old car come on you can use that excuse for any regarding the car due to it being so old as a mean not to fulfill your obligation. Being with this company makes me feel unsafe because you only how good your insurance is when you claim.
