Unreliable Roadside assistance

I needed road side assistance because of a flat tyre. I was in a very secluded area at night with my daughter. iWYZE basically told me to get help elsewhere, I was then forced to get help elsewhere which resulted in my car getting poked into by the car jack. Now my car has a hole in it and I believe this wouldn't have happened if I had received the road side assistance I pay for every month.
