UNQUALIFIED TECHNICAL EXPERTS PRODUCING **** REPORTS TO ENABLE INSURANCE COMPANIES TO AVOID LIABILITY
I joined iWYZE when after I bought a motor vehicle, and I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the same vehicle 3 years later. When I lodged a claim against the insurance, they sent me an assessor who requested various documents in order to investigate whether I had breached the contract. upon finding that I had done nothing wrong, they appointed an assessor to fabricate a story that would put me in the wrong, in order for them to repudiate my claim. Ultimately, spurious allegations were made through a supposed "expert" and my claim was repudiated.
the assessor whom I had been in contact with abandoned me, and referred me to the claims department. Upon reaching out to the claims department, I was treated very badly, as if I had not been paying my premiums. They never listened to me and they were very rude. My emails, wherein I requested clarity on important aspects of their investigation and outcome, were ignored completely. After the horrible treatment I instituted legal proceedings against the insurance. The matter is currently in the Pretoria High Court, and has not yet been decided. Recently we were in court, and the expert admittedly did not have any document which shows that he attended the the scene of the accident that he wrote a comprehensive report on. He did all his calculations and evaluations based on photos that he received from an assessor, and we are yet to find out in court where he got the measurements upon which his findings are based. At this stage we know that he did not follow the correct procedure of compiling the report of this nature. We requested various documents and measurements that he refers to in his report, and he has none of them to produce in court. As I have indicated, the matter is still before court, and I will continue to make updates as we make progress.

I took time to reply to your response because it does not make sense at all.
We are in the process of court, and you have written an affidavit which basically suggests that your expert, on whose report you based the rejection of my claim, never attended the scene of the accident. Which means he just made things up.
He has no measurements; no photos, nothing. And yet he wrote such an extensive report.
Why should I feel free to contact you directly, if you have all my queries on emails that you couldn't answer?
I had to spend so much money on legal fees just to force you to respond to my request for that evidence, and now you say I must reach you directly.
