Unprofessional & ********* Business Practise

I put through a claim last week for a windscreen repair, only to be rejected, for not submitting a vehicle inspection certificate!

I was only told once, over the phone, whilst finalizing my policy, that I needed to submit. There were no other reminders thereafter, and if this was a prerequisite for being covered, why was I not reminded to submit!

My installments were debited on time and in full, yet I am not covered for a brand new vehicle, because of not submitting a vehicle inspection certificate!

Absolutely pathetic and ********* business practice!
