Unprofessional car insurance

Worst insurance ever. If you want deductions all your life then you must join this insurance. No cancellations allowed here. I cancelled my car insurance with Iwyze cause I got a cheeper one but they still deducting even today. I cancelled on the 28 of February 2025 and they got a cancellation email but they still deducting. I kept on reversing the debit order but I never got the money back. I called them 2 weeks ago to notify them again that i have cancelled my insurance they said they will refund me. Today I called them again no refund and they deducted again. When you call you don’t even get a follow up you must be the one who calls again to get answers.

Unprofessional people. Even today i am still waiting for the refund 🚮. I am getting double car insurance deductions as we speak
