Unprofessional and deceiving insurance company

I would like to write another complaint about the above mentioned. I claimed for insurance claim on the 3rd of November and up until now I've been taken from pillar to post. I've sent all the requested attachment and still no response. They're unprofessional and deceiving, they led me on to believe that they're handling my claims but since then they have ignored me. I wasted my time and airtime calling them and my emails were ignored. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them at all. This is the 2nd review but their arrogance won't make them respond. Im so disappointed with their service
