Unpaid claim(4weeks to decline)

I had a cover with iWyze which I have been paying for few months.my car it's for business use because when I took the policy they gave me 2 options either personal use or business use. Unfortunately I got an accident and they declined after 4 weeks. I was never told about commercial use hence I chose business. It took them 12 working days instead of 2 working days for them to get the report the quotation of the car of where they sent me. My problem is does it really take 4 weeks to decline a policy?
