Unknown deductions

I’m fuming, I have a funeral policy with iWyze. They deducted their normal premium for the month of November and then every after 2 days they deduct R66.00. As we speak they have dedicated 5 x R66.00..***!! I sent an email, got a call this morning and the guy said he will call me in the afternoon and he never did! This afternoon there was another dedicating after I have reported this.
