Unhappy IWYZE old mutual client.
I had a car accident on the 12th of May 2018, I called IWYZE and the sent a tow truck to take the car. On the 21nd of May they sent their assessor Peter Walker, He asked for the whole information and the bank statement of me and my husband Liston. The following week the sent me a form from Vodacom and some other forms and told they wanted some information from the computer box. I completed the forms and sent them back. Peter told me that they are going to appoint their specialist and he will be available on the 1st of June 2018. I told them that's far and should try and make it a bit earlier because I don't have a transport to go to work and they said it's fine. The following week I got an SMS saying they are taking my car to a different place, I called and asked about the SMS because I only knew my car was in Hallmark. They said the car was in Lanesia which they didn't tell me. They told the day to retrieve the data is the 11th of June and they will update me on the 12th. I waited until 12 o'clock then I called Peter and he told me he hasn't opened his emails, when he does he'll get back to me around 3. He called around 2 and told me the car keys aren't working the car battery has died they want a spare key. I told them they are the same type, he said "okay". After 30 minutes he called and told me he lost the car keys and they cant retrieve the data from the computer box. He didn't want to tell me in the first place that my car keys are lost if I have given them the spare keys. It's been a full month without an answer from Iwyze. Peter is a ****. It's been 3 weeks since all the information they wanted I gave them but still there is no answer. Please help me get..
