I’m taking this company to the ombudsman for the fact that I cancel 1 day prior to they debit order, so now they want to take R450 from my refund they say it’s for a administration fee which I don’t understand why they have to charge me that cause I did cancel and the consultant never advice me about any administration fee that will be taken.
