unhappy costumer

<p>I recently got involved in a car accident and my car got rewritten off, my insurance Iwyze claim they won't pay out cause I didn't disclose that I was invicted in 2012 for drinking and driving which they didn't ask me when taking the insurance, I wasnt drunk when I got into the acccident ,please help on how i can resolve this matter</p>
