Unhappy client iwyze car insurance

Hi. I am Nokukhanya Mkhize, I have been in a worse situation with iwyze insurance. On the 6h February 2021,my fiance was driving the car on his way from Empangeni,and he encountered a oils spills on the road and he swave off the car while trying to dodge the oil spill, and he was unawer that the vehicle must have obtained an injury because ,he did not hear any breakage, he carry on driving until he noticed tht the car was showing some sort of signage/ light and he notified the insurance iwyze immediately, and the car was towed away from the scene to Auto boys panel beater .now my dilemma is that iwyze is refusing to pay for my car VW Tiguan 2018 model, and the car came back with multiple dents,.Last time I spoke to them was not 15th March 2020 they were telling me that they will call me the following week once they finalize everything,up until today I have been trying to get in contact with iwyze, but still no joy and yet they debited the money as usual,at the same time avis is harassing me here for curtecy car,they want the vehicle back,I am so disappointed the I trusted iwyze ,I don't understand how can they just dumped me without resolving my problem. I am a pregnant woman and I don't need the stress that they are giving.
