Unhappy Client
Unhappy with service received from iwyze insurance on the 6th of September I had a car break down at about 16hrs called my insurer they refered a tow truck at around 17: 30 my car was towed only after 1hour 30 min was only advised I am liable to pay for extra 2 kilos as they only pay for 40 kilos , still dont understand why did they wait for my car to be towed before advising of the payment.
