Unhappy client

Dear Iwyze,

It has been a month since I put my claim and still the matter has not been resolved. I have been patient with you, and I am now running out of patience. I have written to your claims department the response I received was that the matter will be treated urgently within 14 days, but to this day I have not received and communication.

I am extremely frustrated with your service, my yard is getting damaged as a result.

I am very disappointed.
