Unhappy about unnecessary delays

I sent an objection letter to iwyze but i still haven’t received any feedback.

It is disappointing that i had to wait two months for my claim to be rejected for a reason i didn’t understand nor did i agree with and now i still have to wait for correspondence with regards to an objection.

I am very unhappy about the services rendered to me by iwyze insurance.
