UNFAIRLY DECLINED CLAIM FOR MY CAR

Hello Peter please I am kindly seeking your intervention with the following complain regarding the Insurance that declined my claims unfairly and help me to expose them:

I am PP Mabilu and I have been with Old Mutual Iwyze car insurance for a while with my Mercedes Benz CLA 250 Sport and my car was involved in a car accident on 28 March 2021 in Polokwane in between Landros Mare street and Doctor Anneck street.

The outcome of my claim was not approved and with unfairly conclusions due to jealous, **************, ******** and favourism on me being I am from limpopo, black and young. Iwayze consultants and their investigator/assessor were very rude, harsh, arrogant and selfish to me whenever want updates and didn't value me as their Client. They disputed my claim referring me to some documents that i requested and never furnished with them.

Whenever I have to know the updates of my claim I have to buy airtime everyday to check the progress and at the time their assessor is having pressure at the last day he called almost the whole day and overnight until 10:30.

Therefore I warn anyone who still has any policy with Old Mutual Iwyze to cancel or terminate it with immediate effect because this company is a *******, ********, ********* and hoaxer that does not pay any claim for insurance they always look for a reason not to pay any claims.

Spread the words to anyone close or intending to be covered by Old Mutual Insurance and already I cancelled my Life cover, funeral cover, other covers taken under their insurance because they will also find a stupid reasons not to pay.

I have already started informing all the people I referred to Old Mutual insurances that if they want to regret later must keep or continue their policy with them because I showed them how they operate to their clients.

Now they instructed me with their letters that I should to pay the Company towered my car and the storage they took my car to and the curtesy car that they rented me that was covered in my policy taken with them and they tell me they give me 72 hours to make all arrangement in short notice which involved money that I do not have.
