Unfairly declined claim

I've been with iwyze for 5 months and I encountered an accident on the 26 of August. Submitted everything at iwyze thinking they would help, I was the only one making sure that I do follow ups on my claim. On the 9th of September my claim was approved only for few minutes then I got a call again telling me that they were declining my claim. Emotionally I felt abused by my insurer and they are so not professional. Right now my car is not fixed because I need to have a lot of money to fix it yet I was insured, mind you its a brand new car, 2022 model.
