Unfair treatment received whilst going through bereavement/trauma

Any person considering joining IWYSE is urged to think carefully before committing. My brother's death in a fatal car accident two weeks ago caused trauma for my family and I. He suffered he sustained head injuries, and his wife and their two kids suffered moderate injuries' and were rushed to the nearby hospital. My sister-in-law should have been treated with compassion by IWYSE, but instead she has been frightened and driven deeper into melancholy. Just one day after my brother was laid to rest, the assessor made the call to my sister-in-law asking her to accompany him to the scene of the accident. This is callous and inconsiderate, given the mental and devastating state she's in. IWYSE's desire to perform their investigations is something I fully understand, but let's proceed with caution and care. Please send the matter to the police as the assessor is supposed to do. This is absolutely inappropriate. A woman has lost her better half and must toggle between going to counseling and dealing with unkind IWYSE assessors. Children have lost their father, their provider. Give her some space, please. As a Financial Services Providers, "Treating customers fairly" should be part of your principles.
