Unfair treatment and unreasonable expectation from Service Provider ***

I have attached the above letter from Iwyze which I seem to have been sent 50 minutes ago It concerns me because my so called Insurance knows very well that I stay +_ 130 km away from where they have booked my car. I can only collect the car tomorrow morning.

They are not even saying anything about the problem that they said is caused by driving the car without diesel which means they did no fix the problem.
