Unfair rejection of pay out

My husband was in an accident that took his life in 2020 Februaey. The car was in my names and still owing the bank. When I submitted the claim, iwyze sent me back and forth, and claimed that my husband was nigligent, in which I believe iwyze is taking the advantage that my husband is no longer there to speak for himself.

The police investigators are saying they are still investigating the case, but iwyze has already concluded they will not pay.

I am still paying for the car one year down the line as it was still owned by the bank, and the car was a write off. Mind you, I am a widow who just lost the bread winner and on top of that I am paying for my son's medical bills as he was in the car at the time of the accident

I feel like telling everyone who is considering takingto their cover with iwyze to think twice as my experience was **********. I feel that I was mistreated and cheated on by the company that we consider the best yet taking advantage and not care of their customers. When you take up a cover with the company is to have peace of mind, but my experience from iwyze was shocking ??️
